Healing

Please note that I am trained in all of these methods below also:

Relation-Shifting / The Journey / Mindfulness & Meditation / Chakra Clearing

Relation - Shifting

Relation-shifting comes from the work of Dr. Angela Longo who has developed her own method in conjunction with the wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Essentially this is about transforming or shifting patterns in relationships to create the relationships you want.

Instead of being left frustrated with people in one's life and not being able to 'change' them, Relationshifting is a straightforward technique to learn whereby you can truly influence others without even saying anything to them. Through your own inner work you learn to transform your relationships which feels almost magical when experienced this through this method.

Relationshifting is based on quantum metaphysics and focuses on changing limiting beliefs but in a holistic way that also involves our emotions and physical body.

The Journey

The Journey comes from Brandon Bays work in genuinely healing herself from cancer through alternatives to the orothodox medical route. Her book 'The Journey' is well worth a read. She too has developed her own method for healing others through a method that facilitates each person to access their 'inner healer'. When I trained in her method I was blown away of the power for each of us to heal ourselves if shown the way. I cannot speak enough or rate her method highly enough. It is truly progressive and powerful in accessing the mind to counterract illness and heal without intrusive methods.

Sahaja Yoga Healing/Chakra Clearing

Sahaja means spontaneous or born within and Yoga means union with self.

Sahaja Yoga is a simple and effective form of meditation that can help reduce your stress and enhance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Group meditation as good as standard therapy for depression

Doing mindfulness meditation in a small group is as effective as standard individual therapy for treating depression and anxiety.

Meditating in groups of 10 or so works as well as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), considered as one of the most effective treatments for depression, say researchers from Lund University.
